Robbie collins wrote an article about Mother after going to the Venice Film Festival in the Sunday Telegraph on the 10.09.17 called 'why Hollywood Needs Mavericks Not Franchises'. This crisis feels like mother offerers gives a fresh approach but other film festival goers didn't agree as some said it was 'weird'. He also says that the film seemed to be a grotesque fun house reflection of a planet in crisis. 

Aaron Osfky who is the director of the film 'Mother!' said the best part of the film is the surprise of it, it is an intense journey and definitely the beiggest roller coaster in the park.
